  • The Boa Guarantee covers only Boa dial and lace.
  • Guarantee issues related to non-removable parts will be checked case by case.
  • Repairs can be performed easily by the end user.
  • Some brands print the required lace length on the boot‘s tounge. If not please measure it on your own.
  • Replacement parts are available in standard colors only.
  • Guarantee repair parts and shipping are free of charge.
  • Please send us your address, a product photo and if possible the brand and model name.
